As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If you ordered a meditation cushion or bench then your order will arrive in well under 2 weeks domestically and we will provide tracking info within 24 hours of your order shipment.
If you ordered something from one of our global distributors e.g.(wall art, statues, malas, tarot cards, robes, gems, oils, incense, blankets or jewelry) then your order will take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on what country you are from. We do this because we want to advance our goal of kindness worldwide by creating jobs across the globe and to keep shipping costs free for customers. We have warehouses in the USA, Spain, France, Russia, Germany, Asia and Australia.
We ship globally. Except for a few of the meditation seats and benches all our products can go anywhere around the world. We have factories around the world to make the shipment process quicker. If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three to five business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you ordered a cushion or bench and do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com. We can not provide tracking info for orders shipped from our global warehouses because that slows the shipping process tremendously. e.g. (Jewelry, Aromatherapy, Statues, Wall Art, Tarot Cards, Stones & Crystals)
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. You won't have to pay for return shipping or the damaged product and we will ship you a new one or refund you fully.

We are not responsible for customs fees or problems with packages being held in customs. It is your responsibility to know your country what is allowed in or out of it. By purchasing products you are consenting to products being sent to you and you may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. Generally, won't happen for USA orders but with over 200 countries in the world it's your responsibility to take care of that thank you.
